about us...
We are a husband and wife photography team out of Western Colorado. Even though our name says Jen, Brian is our very skilled second point-of-view (and he does a good job of keeping Jen firmly based in reality). Our love of photography really blossomed after the birth of our first child (we're now on #3!), and we have been doing our best to capture the beauty of their lives ever since.We believe that quality pictures of your special moments should last forever, and that you shouldn't have to break your budget to get them! That is why we offer affordable rates with all of your pictures provided to you on a high-resolution disc with full copyrights. That means you can use your pictures however you choose! Print what you like, order your prints whereever you want, and share them as you please! After all, they are your pictures!We offer location and studio set-ups. Our studio is completely portable, so we can come to your house (great for maternity, newborns and boudoir sessions). Location shoots can be anywhere in Grand Junction, Montrose, Delta or Glenwood Springs, and we will travel for a small fee. We would love to work with you to set up something suited just to you, so submit a contact form for schedule availability with any personal requests you might have!

a word about our name...
Can't quite figure out how to pronounce Swedhin? Don't worry, no one can (what can I say, I married into it!). If it was spelled out the way it sounds it would look like SWED-DEEN. Here is an easy way to get it right:
Swedhin rhymes closely with wedding.
So Jen Swedhin Photography, when said quickly, sounds a lot like "Jen's Wedding Photography"...works out well since I certainly offer wedding photography!
